Shipments are made through couriers: FEDEX and DHL

Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination and are free above the thresholds indicated below:

SHIPPING RATE

EUROPE:

For purchases between €0 and €150, the shipping rate is €15.
For purchases between €151 and €299, the shipping fee is €12.
For purchases of €300 or more, the shipping service is free.

Delivery times between 2/5 working days

Customs duties and taxes are included.

ITALY:

For purchases between €0 and €150, the shipping rate is €12.
For purchases between €151 and €299, the shipping rate is €9.
For purchases of €300 or more, the shipping service is free.

Delivery times between 2/3 working days

SWITZERLAND:

For purchases between €0 and €120, the shipping rate is €30.
For purchases of €121 or more, the shipping fee is €25.

Delivery times between 2/5 working days

Customs duties and taxes are included.

EXTRA CE:

For shipments to countries outside the European Union (Extra CE), the shipping fee is 40€.

Delivery times between 4/8 working days

Customs duties and taxes are not included.

DUTIES AND TAXES

In the countries indicated in the table above with “Duties and taxes included”, the customer will not be required to pay any cost for customs clearance of the goods or payment at the time of delivery. Any duties and / or taxes are already included in the final price.
For shipments to China only, a broker may be required to clear the shipment. The related costs are beyond our control and will be borne by the customer.

In the countries indicated in the table above with “Duties and taxes not included”, customs costs are charged to the customer and will be calculated by the Courier at the time of delivery of the shipment.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

We cannot ship an order to a country other than that indicated in the billing address.
We cannot deliver to post office boxes, personal mailboxes, APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We are committed to respecting the deadlines for deliveries, but during the sales or promotion periods, due to the large traffic of orders, order management may be delayed. Furthermore, on Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays, couriers do not ship. In these cases we will guarantee our assistance for any doubt or need.

PACKAGE TAMPERING

If the package is tampered with, we recommend that you accept the package “with reserve” (it is your right) or refuse it. In the event that one of these conditions occurs, contact us as soon as possible: we will need useful information to report the incident to the courier of reference.

DELIVERY FAILURE

In the event that the order is not delivered because the address or telephone number is incorrect or absent, the package could be returned to REPTILESHOUSE.IT at your expense, including any costs that REPTILESHOUSE.IT must incur for the return. of the goods.
