After completing your order, you will receive by email the IBAN to use to make the transfer.

REPTILESHOUSE.IT or other subjects will never be able to access it.

Each payment made by credit card is verified through a security system to guarantee the cardholder, managed independently by Stripe and PayPal.

In some cases, if the conditions allow it, the system may send a link to make the payment through an alternative method. For all these cases you will always receive communication via email and our Customer Care is always at your disposal for any clarification or support.
